Foxes live in our garden, and take part in many of the stories that abound for the fox clan.
A person had a shoe stolen whilst we were journeying in Ashlodge. The next day, he bought new shoes, and found a pack of tarot cards he had been waiting for for ages. As he showed a friend, the Goddess card fell to the floor. The picture depicts a goddess, with one shoe on and one shoe off - symbolising the balance of the material and the spiritual, and showing him that the balance was out. Entirely apt!!
The work we do here is simply to honour mother earth. We have respect for indigenous peoples the world over, but find ourselves much guided by the native american cultures. Mother Earth spirituality is not a religion in the formal sense - it is a way of life where the ten commandments can be woven into daily life - to walk your talk.
Journey work can be used to resolve historic issues, and we may, much like the old native american councils, use a form of constellation to assist a brother or sister in difficult circumstances
